Interactive Planet wants businesses and organizations to optimize how they relate to the consumer. With a touch screen display panel, a consumer can shop even when the store is closed, or at least gather enough information to make a purchase when the store re-opens. It's not just about shopping either. Interactive touch screens on college campuses would provide students with invaluable resources and information such as directions and class schedules. Airports could be optimized with touch screens for specific flight information instead of browsing monitors full of flight schedules you don't need. It's an idea whose time has come, even if Star Trek did think of it eons ago.
