The recipe calls for all the leftover veggies in the kitchen. Use whatever veggies didn't get eaten and dice them up into small pieces. In a blender combine oil, garlic, cilantro, cumin seeds, feta and an egg or two. Make it into a puree and then simply roll the concoction into balls. Using hot oil, fry the balls of veggies.
