For those finding themselves throwing out spoiled food quicker than they would like, the VacuVita offers a useful solution. This preservation system vacuum seals your food to keep it fresh for up to five times longer than a regular Tupperware container, for instance.
Unlike other vacuum systems that require bags, the VacuVita uses its own Tupperware-like containers that serve a number of functions. When the touch-activated button is pushed, air and moisture are ejected from the container, then it is air-sealed. The containers use simplistic touch buttons to activate and open your food, when you desire to consume it. All types of foods are acceptable, and a lower component to the VacuVita is especially fit for dry foods like coffee beans.
The VacuVita is available in small, medium or large sizes in a variety of colors. The product is still in its crowdfunding stage, but you can see more on its website.
