The Urgonight Headband Takes an EEG of Your Brain

one in three adults don't get enough sleep, so it's no surprise that CES 2019 was filled with numerous innovations designed specifically to help one get some shut eye -- one of these devices is the Urgonight headband.

This headband is different from others as it's not something you wear while you sleep. Instead, you wear it for 20 minutes, three times a week for up to three months. The device functions like an EEG, scanning your brain and sending imagery to a smart device that's programmed to help retrain the brain.

The end goal of this device is to help adults get a better sleep, and during this device's trial period, 40% claimed to fall asleep faster.
