Building the ultimate living room is about to get a little easier thanks to the Unity Home Theater System. This quirky device is a home theater system in a box combined with a television stand. The device packs everything you could want or need in a home theater and doesn't require a complex installation process.
The Unity Home Theater System comes with built-in Blu Ray/DVD player, Dolby 5.1 surround sound system and 10-inch subwoofers. The system can hold TVs up to 60 inches wide and connects to them using a single HDMI cable. The stand is also the ultimate iPod dock as it comes with a connecting cable for Apple's MP3 player. This spectacularly simplified stand debuted at CES 2012 and will be available later in the year for the price of $999.
