Ressence Unveils a Type 8 S Watch in a Sage Green Colorway

Belgian watch manufacturer Ressence has revealed a new iteration of a UFO-inspired lightweight watch called the Type 8 S in a sage green color. The watch derives from the success of the brand's initial 'Cobalt Blue' model launched in 2022. The watch is also shaped like a UFO spaceship.

The Type 8 S watch has a sage green dial and is in a 42.99 mm titanium case measuring 11 mm thick and weighs merely 42 grams, which is lightweight and easy to wear. The case comes in polished and matte finishes with a gray leather strap. The watch uses the ROCS-8 automatic movement, which incorporates two rotating discs that disallow the watch hands to overlap. Additionally, the watch hands are marked in luminescent engravings. The watch is also equipped with a power reserve of 36 hours and will be available for $12,500 in CHF in May.
