After a successful pop-up over Thanksgiving, this Turkey restaurant will be open to the public in spring 2016 in an east London hipster neighborhood. Strut & Cluck will serve dishes that incorporate only one kind of poultry -- free range turkey. In addition to turkey-based meals, the dining establishment will also offer vegetarian items. Everything on the menu is inspired by Middle Eastern style home cooking according to the eatery's Twitter page.
The turkey restaurant marinates the meat for 24 hours in a special blend, then slow cooks it to give to enhance the tender, fall off the bone kind of texture. The locally sourced East Anglia birds are then finished off in a charcoal oven.
