The team at BrogliatoTraverso creates the Trave Chair design, which is set to join its Magis collection. Speaking about the new addition and its development, Alberto Brogliato states, “Initially, we designed lots and lots of chairs. Some were even aesthetically pleasing and beautiful, but none had that special something that would have secured its place in the Magis collection."
It was so easy feat to create the steam-bent wooden furniture whilst also retaining a sleek and contemporary design language. It uses traditional technology and embodies the true roots of what Magis stands for, which is pushing the boundaries of design. It features a bar of solid ash as the main foundation where the backrest, seat, and legs are attached, rounded out by a padded seat and backrest.
