Footwear designer Eric Payne introduces the latest set of 'Trash Sneakers.' The Los Angeles based label experiments with materials and textures, showcased across the designs of the footwear. Challenging the way that we think about shoes, the brand creates familiar silhouettes with all-new materials.
This includes the Trash Oxford that is made with suede and Japanese plonge leather in an aesthetic that is reminiscent of mixed media collages. The design approach is sustainable and avant garde, inviting new ways to perceive the design. Another pair of shoes include the Apparition, which is similar to the previous. However, it has a translucent leather make up with functional sensibilities including its water resistant capabilities and hand stitched detailing.
