Total Eclipse is a limited edition collection of timepieces designed by The Armoury in collaboration with H. Moser & Cie. The collection includes a pair of watches inspired by solar eclipses.
Both timepieces are made from stainless steel and use Vantablack dials to evoke the eclipse theme. The two 38mm watches absorb 99.965% of all light to represent the shadow of the moon as it passes in front of the sun during a true solar eclipse. The watches are distinguished by inner bezels. One is polished steel, while the other is 5N red gold, which reflects the sun's halo.
The Vantablack dial creates a minimalist design. In addition, the timepieces are inspired by pocket watches and feature dot hour markers.
