TIME Hotels works in collaboration with Neorcha, a SaaS company to launch a performance-based mobile app in the Middle East. The app is powered by Amazon Web Services and feature a plethora of services of every range. There are basic help functions including online check in and check out, mobile room keys, QR codes, and room controls for full interactivity.

It also assists with integration including restaurant and spa bookings which support the hotel loyalty initiatives. By booking through the app, guests have the advantage of choosing preferred rates through the company's CRS. Guests can also manage their booked times, get notification of new offers, search through the services and facilities prior to their stay. To ensure seamless and contactless service, guests can access the digital service directory and the restaurant menus on the app.
