Tim Lahan is a New York-based illustrator and designer who blends strong elements of contemporary culture satire, surrealism, and pop art in his work. Part of reason the Tim Lahan portfolio is so diverse is that he runs a full-scale graphic communications studio on the name Trademark. For his studio work, Lahan specializes in logo and brand design, as well as portraits. His illustrations of Hall & Oates and Bret Michaels are accurate, detailed, and realistic.

My favorite image from the Tim Lahan portfolio is his colorful recreation of a table full of items North Americans enjoy -- pizza, soda, pears, carrots, and toothbrushes. The image is simple, but memorable in its effectiveness. This perfectly encapsulates the Tim Lahan portfolio.
