Table design has caught the "thin" fever we usually see in mobile phones with the Thinner Table by Tobias Berneth.
Measuring a mere 6mm thick, the Thinner Table is quite possibly the world's thinnest table.
Berneth explains that he went through numerous prototypes, choices of material and calculations in order to achieve the 6mm thickness while having a stable and practical table.
The Thinner Table was constructed like the wing on an aeroplane in order to provide the required stability.
The table comes in a variety of veneer finishes that include, oak, walnut, white laminate, birch, and black-stained oak.
