The device features a 12th-gen Intel Core i9 processor and an NVIDIA RTX 30-series graphics card, meaning it is capable of everything from high-intensity gaming to detailed video editing.
This device also features a maximum RAM capacity of 64 gigabytes, which is more than enough to perform any task on a laptop, and a maximum storage space of eight terabytes. With these memory specifications, users would be hard-pressed to fill their drives. As for the display, the ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 5 has a 4K-resolution, HDR screen with a refresh rate of 165Hz, ensuring that the images displayed are smooth and detailed.
The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 5 has an MSRP of $2,050 USD, and it will be released in June of 2022.
