Theragun, formerly Therabody, is a pulsing device that can connect to an accompanied app to preform a variety of muscle relieving, soreness reducing, and mobility increasing massage routines. The gun-like device can be held directly against the muscle, while the pulsing mechanisms work to relax and soothe the muscles.
