The Singleton Gourmand is a series of single malt expressions from the distillery crafted with desserts in mind to offer a new kind of taste and texture experience. The collection consists of three expressions including Notes of Fig & Chocolate Ganache, Notes of Caramelised Crème Brûlée and Notes of Black Cherry Gâteau,' which feature 46.8%, 45.3% and 45.5% ABV ratings, respectively. The expressions each put a variety of dessert-like flavors in the spotlight to work well for discerning drinkers alike to try out.
The Singleton Gourmand series has been launched with a collaboration with master pâtissier Nicolas Rouzaud from The Connaught in London who used the spirits as inspiration for three custom cakes. The result of each is a perfect blending of spirits and dessert.
