The HoomBand Bluetooth Sleep Mask Plays 100 Hours of Bedtime Audio

— March 16, 2026 — Lifestyle
The HoomBand Bluetooth Sleep Mask is a wearable eye mask developed by sleep audio company Hoom that includes integrated flat headphones for nighttime listening. The device allows users to listen to audio stories and relaxation tracks while blocking external light during sleep. The mask connects wirelessly to smartphones using Bluetooth and also provides access to an audio library developed for nighttime listening. The library includes more than 100 hours of spoken stories and sound content intended for bedtime use.

The mask uses a soft fabric band construction that wraps around the head and covers the eyes. Thin speakers are embedded inside the band and positioned over the ears so they remain comfortable while lying on the side. The internal audio components connect to a small removable Bluetooth module. Fabric padding holds the speakers in place while maintaining a low-profile shape suitable for sleeping positions.
