LG originally announced the release of the 'G8X ThinQ' at IFA in Berlin. Since then the company has indicated that it will release its dual-screen phone in the United States on November 1st, where the phone can be purchased in a bundle for $699. The bundle will include the G8X ThinQ phone as well as an LG Dual Screen accessory. A USB-C cable can be used to provide a number of different screen combinations, including a gamepad, and keyboard.
The phone's unique design allows consumers to use the device in either single or dual-screen mode. The enhanced flexibility could be an important selling feature as the foldable device market grows.
The G8X ThinQ is powered by a Snapdragon 855 chip, and it has 6GM of RAM.
