The Fragrance Foundation (TFF) recently launched an initiative to increase diversity and cultural inclusion in the otherwise Eurocentric industry. The company aims to provide access to opportunities to minority and underrepresented grounds.
Dubbed the #FragranceForwardTFF initiative, the company will provide mentorships, education, and scholarship opportunities to individuals looking to begin a career in the perfume and fragrance industry. The campaign also includes a series of virtual listening sessions and tours of institutions of higher learning to encourage students to pursue jobs in the field. The ultimate goal is to create equal pathways for success for all members and future employees. Existing members are invited to sign a pledge that commits to assisting the company's new inclusivity endeavor.
