Luxe Divided Home Designs

The Casa LC Has a Uniquely Modern and Luxurious Design

Elias Rizo Arquitectos created the Casa LC, a modern home within the ZMG gated community of Zapopan, Mexico.

The home was divided into three floors: private, social and service areas. The entrance of the home is emphasized by a luxurious staircase that leads from the main level to the top as a natural divider between spaces. The interior has a palette of unique materials that are also separated by levels with metal plates in the basement, marble plates on the ground and granite on the upper floor. Using large windows allows for natural lighting to flood into each room while offering views of the landscaping inside.

The Casa LC was created to offer a flowing floor plan that has a one-of-a-kind design, creating individual spaces that all work together.
