Seasonal Spritz Flavor Experiences

Bols Has Introduced The Bols Spritz Garden At Amstel Hotel

Lucas Bols introduced The Bols Spritz Garden, a seasonal activation at Amsterdam’s Amstel Hotel designed to showcase its liqueur-led Spritz range. Built around the “Your Flavour. Your Spritz” platform, the riverside concept lets guests explore cocktails organized around different flavour profiles while highlighting the versatility of the Bols portfolio.

The menu includes Pink Grapefruit, Elderflower, Lychee, Peach and Royal Blue Spritzes made with Blue Curaçao, alongside nonalcoholic alternatives. Guests can pair the drinks with oysters, lobster rolls and charcuterie. The concept also shows bartenders how a single cocktail format can support variety without adding significant operational complexity.

For consumers, the Spritz Garden turns a familiar serve into a flavor-discovery experience, reinforcing premiumization and personalization trends while encouraging greater experimentation within a recognizable cocktail format.
