Instead of booking a roundtrip to the exotic Land of Smiles, as it is commonly known around the world, people can indulge in tasty recipes that will make them feel as though they are there.

Published by Phaidon, the 'Thailand the Cookbook' is authored by Jean-Pierre Gabriel who was lucky enough to travel across the elephant-shaped region’s rain forests and rice paddies with the help of a few trusty tour guides in order to compile a collection of delicious dishes. "Bursting with peanuts, dried shrimp, bird’s eye chiles, grated coconut flesh, tamarind puree and palm sugar," Trendland reveals, it is a must-have this summer.
