Block Game Collaborative Projects

Minecraft Announces an Exciting Tetris Collaboration

The world of Minecraft is expanded with an exciting Tetris collaboration which was just announced as a part of the Minecraft celebrations of its 15th anniversary. The two iconic games join forces and highlight their shared aesthetics of blocky features.

The project unveils an exciting add-on to the Minecraft gaming universe that is made by Jigarbov. This addition can be accessed on the Minecraft Marketplace and it infuses the platform with Tetriminos, which is the blocky structures from Tetris. The Tetriminos are not falling from above but they only appear when the player powers up from the Tetrimino Generator. These parts hold valuable resources for the game and other items that are inspired by the gameplay.
