The Telling Stories Bijoux collection could very well instigate some interesting and revealing conversations. But even if it fails to do that, the collection is made up of beautifully delicate jewelry pieces that would be the envy of anyone not wearing them. Centered around speech bubbles, the accessories are feminine, quirky and fun.
Designed by Paris-based Galatee Pestre, the Telling Stories Bijoux collection shows his love of metalwork. Having studied at the national school for applied arts Olivier de Serres, he interned under fellow jewelry designer Rachik Soussi before embarking on his own path. Using simple graphics and iconic symbols, Pestre's work often revolves around the idea of communication. He writes, "I hope to cause reactions, and create an exchange around the jewel."
