COMME des GARÇONS SHIRT works in collaboration with ASICS and finally drops the Spring/Summer 2021 pack of Tarther sneakers. The running shoes are detailed with metallic flecks and the silhouette has garnered attention in Japan, which is essentially the sportswear label's Tiger Runner from 1983.
The sneakers have rich tonal quarters and heel sections, offered in the colors of either purple or blue. The aforementioned gold specks add more vibrant looks to the shoe model. The retro functional silhouette is crafted from white mesh and leather materials along with a contrasting black suede. To follow through with the tonal gold details, the branding accents on the tongue are also done in a gold hue to reference the contributing efforts.
