The serum is meant to be applied twice daily to the lashes. The brand recommends that it be used for 28 days straight in order for the best results to come through, and for the process to be repeated periodically. The formula contains the "complex of 5 plants and soy lecithi," which "condition and support the natural enhancement of lashes while allantoin brings moisture."
