Guided Musculoskeletal Programs

Sworkit Move Helps Member Work Through a Specific Condition

Whole-person well-being platform Sworkit launched Sworkit Move, a musculoskeletal health and employee wellness program designed to help members move, recover, and reduce their risk of injury. The experience begins with an assessment, recommended guided movement and video-led exercises with form cues, plus in-app access to experts like certified trainers, health coaches, and licensed Doctors of Physical Therapy for support.

“Movement is one of the most effective things most people can do for everyday back, neck, and joint pain, but the hard part is doing it right, consistently,” said Ryan Hanna, Chief Executive Officer of Sworkit Health. “Because Sworkit Move lives inside a full movement and wellness experience rather than a standalone clinical program, the right movement becomes part of someone’s day. We built it for everyone who just wants to get through their day without their back or knee getting in the way." Beyond specifically addressing the mechanics behind everyday knee and back pain, the program offers condition-specific pathways for the neck and head, shoulders, feet and ankles, and more.
