Life Time — a prominent healthy lifestyle brand operating athletic country clubs across North America — is expanding its elite hybrid athletic competition, the LT Games, to Dallas with the opening of a dedicated HYBRID XT studio at its Frisco club. This announcement follows the success of the first such facility in Minneapolis.
The upcoming LT Games Dallas competition, which is scheduled for October 2nd and October 3rd, 2026, will feature a $25,000 prize purse for top male and female finishers. The hybrid athletic competition is limited to 144 athletes, with registration opening on July 14 for members and July 16 for non-members.
The HYBRID XT program offers structured, coach-led training that blends conditioning and endurance exercises like running, rowing, and SkiErg work with functional strength training using barbells, dumbbells, sleds, and bodyweight movements, all designed to prepare participants for the competitive event and enhance everyday physical performance.
