Korean Airlines was recently voted one of the best companies when it comes to food offerings, a title likely earned with its in-flight sushi meals. For many, sushi dinners are reserved for special outings with freshness being a crucial concern for most foodies.

Offering Japanese, Chinese and Korean menu versions -- featuring fresh and authentic options -- Korean Airlines serves up bento boxes with creations like ginseng chicken soup and traditional dongchimi noodles along with handcrafted sushi rolls and tempura servings.

Each in-flight bento box is served with a cup of tea and a traditional dessert but the airline's premium passengers are also given access to a Celestial Bar that offers an array of delicious craft cocktails.
