Former US Marine Dan O’Rourke trains people to get in shape at 5:00 AM sharp. At dawn, many of O’Rourke’s followers get ready for a grueling workout which includes obstacle courses, power sprints and other calorie-burning mixtures of cardio and strength exercises in grungy sneakers and sweatpants.
This newest fitness craze is far from luxurious, but people that want to lose the weight and get into shape are turning to this tough form of self-punishment to get a full body workout.
