Multi-Sensory Dining Experiences

Dining at the Hi-Tech Sublimotion Restaurant Costs a Hefty $2,000

Sublimotion is a hi-tech, multi-sensory and luxury dining experience that's coming to Ibiza's Hard Rock Hotel in May. The experience is a unique one that will definitely pique the interest of foodies, but with a price tag of $2,000 per meal, it's likely a meal that not everyone will be able to palate.

The experience of eating a meal at Sublimotion is made to enhance the foods through the ever-changing the mood of the interior, which is achieved by dynamic lighting and projection mapping.

Creations by world renowned chef and National Gastronomy Award recipient Paco Roncero are more than just food-based, as guests will be able to feel as if they're travelling to the arctic to eat a chilled dish, or be transported to Versailles to better appreciate the flavors of a rose.
