OK Go Sandbox is one of the more creative STEM-learning platforms out there. The kernel of the experience is rock band OK Go who has made a name for itself through its videos that are identified as "scientifically choreographed spectacles." Launched as "an online resource for educators," the tool has been developed in collaboration between the band and the University of St. Thomas’s Playful Learning Lab. The resource has gained sponsorship from Google, Morton Salt, and Cognizant Technology Solutions, as well.
The STEM-learning platform utilizes OK Go's music videos as access to exploring various STEM-related concepts. Geared toward inspiring and advancing the knowledge of students, the not-for-profit is sure to capture attention through musically engaging and immersive methods of teaching.
