Cold-Pressed Product Expansions

The Starbucks Evolution Fresh Smoothies Includes a Kale Drink

In a joint move between Starbucks, cold-pressed juice company Evolution Fresh and yogurt brand Dannon, Starbucks has released three handcrafted smoothies. To be produced from Evolution Fresh's organic cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juices and Dannon's Greek yogurt, the smoothies currently come in three flavors; Sweet Greens, Strawberry and Mango Carrot.

Having previously been tested at Starbucks' test facilities, the Starbucks Evolution Fresh Smoothies are now available in Northern California, Oregon, Washington and Alaska, as well as select locations in Idaho, following the successful test run.

The expansion into health-focused juices is an intriguing move by Starbucks, who is likely to be tapping into a whole new demographic. With this healthy addition to the menu, it's not hard to imagine stopping by on the way home from a workout.
