The Louisiana-based Cajun seafood concept Off The Hook Restaurants has teamed up with the viral Cajun cooking sensation Stalekracker (Justin Chiasson) to introduce The Stalekracker Stacker.
The Stalekracker Stacker is a limited-time offering that's packed with Cajun flavors. The burger is actually inspired by the very recipe that cinched a win for Stalekracker on Guy’s Grocery Games. Each burger starts with a toasted sourdough bun stacked with two juicy, stacked Angus beef patties, melty American cheese, crispy bacon, house-made Hook Sauce, and candied jalapeños that add a little Cajun heat. As Stalekracker himself puts it, "This isn’t some regular burger. We’re bringing that real Cajun flavor – bold, loud, and done right. That’s money, baby!”
The exclusive new burger will be available as of April 25 at Off The Hook’s Thibodaux location, and will roll out across other Off The Hook locations on May 4th.
