Nationwide Spring-Reset Wellness Challenges

Perspire Sauna Studio Ran the Spring Reset Challenges

This spring, the contemporary wellness business Perspire Sauna Studio debuted the Spring Reset Challenge. The goal of this initiative was to motivate individuals to embrace wellness and take care of their bodies. This free nationwide program ran throughout April and encouraged participants to complete eight infrared sauna sessions within 30 days for a chance to win a complimentary one-month unlimited IRitual membership.

Individuals could register for the Spring Reset Challenge through the Perspire app or in-studio. All those who finish the challenge receive a digital badge within the app.

Perspire Sauna Studio’s Spring Reset Challenge also included a social component, as participants could share progress and see others' stories featured on Perspire's channels. This served to tap the power of community accountability, which research consistently shows improves adherence to wellness behaviors.
