The Boston Dynamics Spot Robot Will Be Available to Organizations

Boston Dynamics will now make its Spot robot available to different companies. For the past few months, Boston Dynamics has been looking at different ways it could make its Spot robot available to the public. Since then the company has announced that organizations with an important idea will be able to pay to get access to a Spot robot. However only companies, and not individuals will be able to access the robot.

The robot is able able to follow directions while avoiding obstacles and carry supplies. The robot can also be customized for different tasks. For instance, if Spot is assigned to a task requiring long travel, it can be fitted with a mesh radio module.
