Rapper Fat Joe has previewed a new Air Jordan 1 High in partnership with colette dubbed ‘Sport Royal.’ The sneaker uses a combination of suede and leather uppers fitted with white leather Swooshes and colette-branded tongue tags. The sneaker features “Merci!” embroidered on the lateral heels and rests on a set of clean white midsoles and blue rubber outsoles.
The sneaker previewed appears to only be a sample, so it is unclear whether Nike will be giving the ‘Sport Royal’ a full release or if it will be a Friends & Family exclusive. Rumors have stated that the new sneaker seems to be an alternative design to the Friends & Family colette x Jordan 1 Retro High, which now resells for approximately $55,000 USD on the market.
