The Spordtgebouw is a few sports center by NL Architects primarily intended for children at the surrounding schools, but it's also open on the weekends to the public.
The design contains six different gymnasiums, all stacked atop one another to avoid the space from stretching out too far. This was done from an eco-conscious standpoint, as the architects were trying to reduce the carbon footprint of the building. The facility also features an extensive climbing gym, with windows placed beside these areas that stretch from the floor to the ceiling. The openings are also done in a way that matches the sloping and curves of the wall, instead of simply using a rectangular piece of transparent glass.
