Burger King Canada recently expanded its range of seafood options with the introduction of the Spicy Big Fish. While the chain has recently spent a great deal of time promoting its new Grilled Dogs, now it is turning its attention to its seafood-loving customers.
Inspired by the chain's original Big Fish Sandwich, the Spicy Big Fish is a seafood sandwich with an unexpected bite. The sandwich itself consists of a 100 percent Alaskan Pollock fillet that has been topped with four slices of jalapeño peppers, shredded lettuce and creamy tartar sauce. The same dish is available in the US as well, however the American version is topped with a spicy sauce and a serving of pickles instead of the jalapeños and tartar sauce. The Canadian version is also served on a premium artisan bun.
With summer just around the corner, the new sandwich gives consumers a tasty new seafood option to enjoy.
