Spiced Collaborative Gin Spirits

The Brighton Gin Spice Circuit Gin Was Created with Kanthi Thamma

The Brighton Gin Spice Circuit Gin has been created in collaboration with Hyderabad-born and Brighton-based chef Kanthi Thamma as a decidedly elevated take on the spirit. The gin is crafted with a blend of spices and botanicals including green cardamom, mace, black pepper and curry leaf, which combine to achieve a high-quality flavor profile. The spirit comes in with a 46% ABV and boasts curry leaf notes on the nose alongside spiced citrus, a touch of cardamom and overall woody profile with black pepper on the finish.

Thamma commented on the Brighton Gin Spice Circuit Gin saying, "I am a big fan of gin and even bigger fan of Brighton Gin. Sustainable, local, small batch, top quality, legends – it’s a dream collaboration! I love spices and I spend most of my life surrounded by spices. One day while sipping Brighton Gin at home, a thought came into my mind of coming up with a spice infused gin and making it even more Indian by somehow infusing curry leaves into it. After all… Gin and Tonic was born in India and has a great history to share.”
