The SpareOne Phone is an intuitive emergency device. Designed by Singapore-based consultancy NextOfKin Creatives for their client XPAL Power, Inc, the fully-functioning emergency phone is powered by a single AA battery. The emergency cellphone boasts a 15-year shelf life and is screenless.
Without using an LCD information display, the display screen is instead used to showcase the device's energy source, i.e., its long-lasting battery. The SpareOne phone includes an intuitive layout with the Emergency button at the center of its interface. The design also includes large number buttons for easy dialing, programmable phone number memory, and the universal LED torchlight for night use. Ideal for traveling and elderly people, the SpareOne Phone is functional and practical.
