'80-Style Portable Turntables

Audio-Technica Update its 'Sound Burger' Once Again for Rerelease

Audio-Technica is relaunching its iconic portable turntable called the 'Sound Burger.' The limited edition turntable celebrates the 60th anniversary of Audio-Technica and the 40th anniversary of the turntable itself. The rereleased version of the turntable will feature new updates like Bluetooth compatibility, a USB-C charging cable, and more. The turntable boasts a red-accented exterior with black hits on the turntable and behind the logo.

“The response to the 60th-anniversary limited-edition model of the Sound Burger portable turntable was nothing less than extraordinary,” said the director of marketing at Audio-Technica US, Gary Boss. “[...] While the new model coming in the spring will not feature the 60th anniversary numbered badge, colour and packaging of the limited-edition version, it will be more widely accessible.”
