Millennials are less likely to rest on their laurels and stay in a job for more than three years. The reason for this is that many millennials believe they are under-appreciated in their work. They are more likely to jump ship to further training or a new job altogether.
One third of millennials can find a job in less than a month, which is a higher figure than any other generation. The question is, are they making the right career choices?
