The Hatch smart sleep light is scheduled to be released to consumers next week. The company typically creates baby products and the new smart sleep light will be the first product that is intended for adult use. The product was initially announced at CES previously this year, and Hatch titled the product Restore, and it will be available to consumers through the company website for a price point of $130.
Hatch states that the device functions as a sleep system that can help users personalize their routine using an accompanying app. Hatch’s new unit is able to slowly wake up the user by lighting the room 30 minutes before a scheduled alarm. Additionally, it can help users sleep by playing noises, like water sounds or the wind.
