Where Geoff Weiser was concerned was primarily in the packaging of the elegant home accessories which are too often disappointingly unremarkable and needlessly disposable.
His solution was inspired by his personal collection of decorative knickknacks, wallpapers and vintage textiles. Using silkscreening techniques, the creative imprints intricate and colorful illustrations and patterns onto gorgeous glass containers with lovely metal snuffing lids. The divine-looking votives then embody a ravishing visual quality until their 90 hours of burning are up.
Skeem Design Candles also offer a line of straight wax-printed designs, however, the glass pillars are particularly admirable in the way that their vessels can take on a second use.
