Exercise achievements are something that should be celebrated more and that is exactly what the Sisu Run & Ride posters do. They turn running and cycling routes into abstract artworks that can be displayed proudly on the walls of one's home. From afar the images may look like some strange type of hieroglyphs and in a way they are. And they can only be truly interpreted by one person.

Created by Pete Roome, a developer who works at Upstate Studio in London, the Sisu Run & Ride posters came to mind while he was recovering from ACL reconstruction in his knee. Visualizing his exercise data, he found that "people really seemed to relate to the idea of presenting their training efforts in a more visually appealing way."
