Developed by the Lehigh Valley-based company Venos, SideCar is a clip that allows you to affix your iPad to your MacBook. It is made out of hard plastic and features a silicone skin. It is strong enough to support an iPad and soft enough to keep it in place without leaving a mark.

The SideCar Dock only clips a tablet to a laptop; it doesn't provide any sort of digital link. Still, it's an awesome creation and one that should help iPad owners get more out of their tablet. Venos is currently seeking funding for the SideCar Dock on Kickstarter to the tune of $21,000. A pledge of $16 or more gets you your own SideCar.
