Scooter-Style Trollies

Travel Shopping Cart Aids Your Arms and Legs on Trips to the Local Grocery

City dwellers tend to be fortunate enough to live very close to grocery stores, but for those who are challenged with mobility, the proximity of the business makes little difference. An alternative to taking a car just down the street is the use of the Short Distance Travel Shopping Cart. This miniature vehicle combines a scooter and a generous storage compartment that can accommodate all of your purchases.

Qiangwei Flora Zhu built the conveyance around the deep basket, integrating a small bicycle-style seat, a set of footrests and a joystick for operation. Sitting on three wheels, the Travel Shopping Cart is maneuverable indoors and out.

A surprising additional pair of features of the shopping trolley are the scanner and the digital display. Swipe different items past its sensor and you'll be shown information on their ingredients, nutritional value, their expiration dates and their prices.
