Japanese Damascus Knives

The Shiroi Hana Collections Feature Striking Silhouettes

Created by British-based Edge of Belgravia, the Shiroi Hana is a collection of breathtakingly sharp and beautiful knives. Designed to take center stage in a kitchen, the collection of knives is composed of six blades each with the same aesthetics. Created by Christian Bird, the Shiroi Hana collection was built to be effortlessly beautiful and features a Damascus-style blade made from 67 layers of alternating Japanese steel. This process also lends a sense of durability to the knives and makes sharpening them easier.

The Shiroi Hana collection also features a distinct silhouette that has the blade of the knife flow elegantly into the ergonomically designed handle. This creates a seamless appearance and makes the knives look like a single piece of steel.
