Sew Inspired Fabrics, billed as “Bellingham’s newest destination for fine apparel fabrics and creative sewing,” is set to open its doors at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 28, in the Fairhaven district.
The store is the vision of Robin Robertson, a Bellingham resident of over 25 years and co-owner of Bellingham Training & Tennis Club. After recently rediscovering her love for sewing, Robertson recognized a growing need for a dedicated fabric and supply shop in the area.
In addition to offering a curated selection of high-quality apparel fabrics, Sew Inspired Fabrics will host workshops and classes for all skill levels, as well as community events designed to inspire creativity, connect local makers, and foster a thriving sewing community.
